  • The character was named after the actress who portrays her, Terri Joe Kennedy.
  • The extra was personally picked by Khary Payton to portray the appendicitis patient as he wanted her to "represent the Kingdom for Ezekiel. She's this precious thing that somehow survived" the undead apocalypse, the war against the Saviors, the fall of the Kingdom and later Hilltop, the Whisperer conflict, and the storm that ravaged Alexandria only to end up sick in the Commonwealth.
