This man is among the Tijuana survivors to receive water from Lola's truck. After Efraín fills up his water, the father begs for more, stating that his family is at home and needs more water. Efrain apologizes and states that there are many people who need water. He gets unruly with the rest of the crowd after a young man accuses Lola, Efrain, and Daniel being thieves who took over the dam and stole the water.
