Saving the baby under those impossible circumstances was a wrong choice, in my opinion; not only the circumstances would have made it impossible to get to her before she was eaten by zombies, but the fact they did makes the whole issue look far less critical; as a rule of thumb, if a baby can survive it alone for a while, probably several minutes, in the outside, it's not that big of a deal, so the attack to the prison, it being overrun like walkers, all of it looks like a sorry excuse for the "catastrophe" it should be.
Also, the whole "I went back to the prison" coming from Carol. I wanted her to eventually join the group again, but it was too soon and I don't really find it reasonable for her to actually go back to the prison. I hoped something more on the lines of, I don't know, maybe finding her near Hershel's farm. Not the woods, and not having been in the prison so short after she was casted out. That's nonsense.
The only scenes worthy were the ones involving Maggie and Glenn's stories and, to a lesser degree, the one with Beth and Daryl. Beth deserved some deepening for her character, as she had virtually none. Most of the Beth-centered scenes showed her being depressive, in the whole series. She's been around since the second or third season (I don't remember exactly) and that's practically all we saw about her, and the fact she can sing. I hope we will see more about her, and actually learn what her character means instead of making wild guesses based on her beauty (because, really, most of her fans say she is a bringer of hope or what not, and the only hopeful thing about her character so far is that she is portrayed by the most beautiful girl in the cast, aside from the diary entry in the last episode, and it's worth noting this was CRUSHED hopes all the episode).
Was I the only one who didn't approve of the wiki calling Luke and Molly dead - they are never seen dead and it isn't their tracks Beth and Daryl finds, it is Lizzie and Mika's. Also, it is Christopher and his father that is being devoured. So I believe we should change Luke and Molly's deaths to status unknown.
I disapprove that too. Even while common sense dictates they are dead, it is not a confirmed fact yet, and one thing is what informed fans think and another thing are facts the wiki is reflecting, which might lead to confusion to more casual viewers. At some point it will make sense to cross them dead even without confirmation, but not just yet.
I thought the opening of this episode was fantastic, and was some good development for Beth's character. Tyreese was the highlight of the episode, there were some great moments with him this episode. "Lizzie, get me a diaper". Things I never thought Tyreese would ever say!
after rewatched the episode i concluded in this: Daryl and Beth were following tyreese's team and they found the remains of christopher. but i still dont get how luke's boot found there. maybe it is not his...
We all reached that conclusion, if it were hard to guess for someone, I guess the director made a bad job. It was easy for all the people I know, they made that idea clear. Also, the walkers there were already eating someone, and we don't really know who. For a start, it was a female scream what Tyreese heard, and you only talk about the two men around there in your comment. It might have been Molly screaming, and that'd make sense.
