1) Bob saved the Governor because the Governor always took care of him
2) Lilly decided to side with the Governor because he was the only one who could hold the Woodbury together, she need to the Woodbury be safe so that her child could have a future, she believe the governor and her have a common interest despit she did not trust him
3) Lilly was horrified by what Michonne did to the Governor, "if that woman is capable of doing this to the Governor, then what would her group is capable of doing to Woodbury?
4) Lilly took the leadship of the Woodbury when the Governor was in comma
5) After being trapped inside the prison, Lilly asked Woodbury survivors to believe her, if they work together she will get them out there
6) Austin sacrificed his own life so that Lilly and others had a chance to live, not long before his death, Lilly told him she will always loves him
7) Lilly destroyed the walkers surrounding the prison and led the survivors back to the Woodbury, she became the new leader of the town
8) it was Lilly who put down the walker Dr. Stevens, it was a very sad experience for her, she and Austin gave Dr. Stevens a decent burial, Lilly made the following speech before they filled the crater
Dr. Stevens, you were a true character. In some ways you were the voice of reason. I didn’t always agree with you, but I always respected you. This town will miss you desperately, not just because of the service you provided but because it won’t be the same around here without you. I would have been proud to have you deliver my baby. As it is… we have a lot of challenges ahead of us. I hope you’re in a better place now. I hope we all will be someday. I hope this craziness ends soon. I’m sorry you didn’t make it long enough to see that day. God bless you, Dr. Stevens… and may your soul rest in peace
