Now that Negan is subdued, how will AMC take the series? With the Morgan crossover, I can suspect that Madison's group will be the magna group of TV, then again i could be wrong. If that's the case hw will season 19 go? If I had to guess it will show Alexandria from Madison's perspective on the whole rebuilt community. Rick isn't crippled like he is in the comics so I'm not sure if he'll have his douglass/old man rick look. With Maggie.'s situation, this means they are now turning on Rick or at the very least going against 1 of his wishes. How will that play out? Now the most important topic is how are the whisperers going to be introduced if they are going to be at all. If I'm right and the whisperer arc is all done in season 19, then the TV series will practically be on top on what the comic series now. I imagine AMC would probably put in some filler of it ever comes to that, but what are your thoughts on this?

    • Maybe it'll have the season with Maggie trying to kill Negan. Daryl is on her side so there might be tension between him and Rick, but hereś something I'm gonna guess. If it plays out how Negan met the whisperers, maybe Negan will knock, Maggie, Jesus or Daryl out when they try to kill him, meets the whisperers and kills you know who. That or it can end with Negan saving Maggie or her baby.

    • I think next season will be complete filler but will still be good and ipit will end with the heads on pikes. Then season 10 will be the whisperer war, howeer i think this will be bad for the show if it happened because it would be too repetitive for season 7 and 8.

    • I think the whispers will be adapted and season 9 will end with the heads on pikes. I really hope Madison isn't Magna I hate that idea. Plus AMC most likely wants to establish Fear as another long running series and they can't do it if they merge the 2 shows and Madison's story ends.

    • I think Maggie will take the role of Sherry in the comics (SPOILERS)  because after the whisper war, Sherry and the rest of the saviors will overpower Dwight and rebel against Alexandria and Rick will be in a fight against Sherry. (Sherry dies)

Also the one with Madison being the Magna group, I think thats awesome seein Madison and his people in the main show.

I'd love to see Maggie get Sherry's. It would be an great send-off as well, since I'm rooting for Lauren's ABC-Pilot to be picked up. I want to see Rick having to fight one of his own, though if she'd die, it could still be by accident.

    • I absolutely hate the idea of Maggie taking sherry's comic role. I think that Laura will take sherry's comic role, and that the emergence of the whispers will cause Maggie to have to work the Rick again and then along the way come to see why Rick did what he did. I honestly believe that the whole Maggie going against Rick thing was just done to get people talking and won't amount to anything.

Well, I hope so. I dont want to see Maggie become an antagonist!

That would be cheap, but who knows with this show. But the consequnces of Glenn and Abraham death are still without a reckonnning. If Maggie truly loved Glenn, she could never forigve Negan and let him live.

Seeing conflict where we can relate to both sides almost equally would be interesting. And I'm not talking about war, but character conflict. Time to get some good dialogue. The only violence that would happen would be Maggie's death. Like Game of Thrones or Westworld, where you can relate to multiple factions.

Maggie could also show that not all people can just adapt after war and heartbreak. She lost everyone exepct her child, and maybe she can't simply live in a world where her true loves death.

But on the other hand Walking Dead is no Game of Thrones or Westworld, and can never be. My biggest hope is just that Lauren Cohan gets off it and gets a stellar career on another show or in the movies.
