    What do y'all think?

    • I don't think they'd move Alden to the opening credits over Magna, Yumiko, Lydia, and/or Connie. Sure he's been around for a while, but he serves little to no purpose to the overall story as opposed to the other four.

      Additional Notes:

      • If Beta dies between 1014 and 1016, Pamela Milton will be a main upon her debut in S11, since she will very likely debut early in 10A and considering her overall importance, I will be shocked if she stays recurring. If she does, she has a chance of being shafted.
      • If Beta survives S10, he will be the main antagonist of 11A, and Pamela will be recurring, introduced either late in 11A or early 11B, with very few appearances until late S11, where she will be main for S12.

I don't see any member of Magna's group getting promoted to the "starring section" just yet. I also think that they had their chance to add Judith to the starring section this season, but they didn't. I don't see them doing it now. Alden will probably remain to the also starring section, until he dies, if he ever dies, just like Siddiq was.

Why would they put a half blind man who, just four episodes ago, was telling everyone to pull out Whisperer teeth and cut off their fingers, and was toting around a shotgun out in the woods at night and took a shot at Beta without hesitation, up in a watch tower, only for him to run away like a coward and fall, and then get disemboweled by Beta.

Is Scott really a character to get scared like that tho. I genuinely don’t remember much about him.

    • I don't think they'll show that death in the same capacity - an extra during the Savior War already got Gabe's death, and was found by Rick. (don't remember the episode but it's around the time the Scaveners got heavily involved). I think it'll probably be a different "version" of the death but Beta will still utter the same lines.

      Why

Cailey Fleming is now 13. Soon, she would no longer be believable as a 10 year old. However, even if Cailey stays they would eventually have to timeskip again so we wouldn't have a 16 year old playing a 10 year old because that would be immersion breaking to some people.

The show probably has a season or two left at this point. I doubt they’d bother recasting her. Besides, Chandler Riggs wasn’t exactly a believable 14 year old in Seasons 7 and 8 so if Season 12 is the last season they could easily keep her.

That kind of proves my point. I think that it would be better to promote Callan McAuliffe because he probably won't be recast due to a possible timeskip and his character aging. Also, you haven't noticed that Ross Marquand, Cooper Andrews, and Cassady McClincy are all absent.

They confirmed that they are going to extend the show past the comic's ending. Also, a 16 year old playing a 10 year old would be far more unbelievable and immersion breaking than an 18 year old playing a 14 year old. Adults play teenagers in movies and shows all the time.
It depends if AMC renews them or not and if they change their mind. Also, they could easily timeskip again. We’ve had, what, 5 timeskips since Season 9 now.

That kind of proves my point. I think that it would be better to promote Callan McAuliffe because he probably won't be recast due to a possible timeskip and his character aging. Also, you haven't noticed that Ross Marquand, Cooper Andrews, and Cassady McClincy are all absent.

And why would they all be absent?

And no, it doesn’t prove your point at all. It makes no sense to promote Callan McAuliffe when his character’s done basically nothing for the entire time he’s been on the show.

Why would they promote Alden and not Judith.
Cailey Fleming might not be around for long. The role of Judith might be recast with a new, older actress.

Alden could get increased relevance, especially if he gets Comic Dwight's storylines and death.

      Still better than Season 8.

    • Let's say none of the current cast (as of S10,E15) dies in the finale (highly unlikely, I know)

      Starring:

      Norman Reedus as Daryl Dixon

      Melissa McBride as Carol Peletier

      Lauren Cohan as Maggie Rhee

      Christian Serratos as Rosita Espinosa

      Cailey Fleming as Judith Grimes

      Josh McDermitt as Eugene Porter

      Seth Gilliam as Gabriel Stokes

      Ross Marquand as Aaron

      Khary Payton as Ezekiel

      Cooper Andrews as Jerry

Callan McAuliffe as Alden/ Lauren Ridloff as Connie/ Eleanor Matsuura as Yumiko (any one of the three)

      Ryan Hurst as Beta

      Jeffrey Dean Morgan as Negan

      Also Starring:

      Nadia Hilker as Magna

      Cassady McClincy as Lydia

      Sydney Park as Cyndie

      Dan Fogler as Luke

      Paola Lazaro as Juanita Sanchez

      Angel Theory as Kelly

Now, I'll list my own version based on who I think dies in the finale.

      Starring:

      Norman Reedus as Daryl Dixon

      Melissa McBride as Carol Peletier

      Lauren Cohan as Maggie Rhee

      Christian Serratos as Rosita Espinosa

      Cailey Fleming as Judith Grimes

      Josh McDermitt as Eugene Porter

      Ross Marquand as Aaron

Khary Payton as Ezekiel (Only credited for S11,E1 since I think he gets Comic Andrea's death sadly)

Callan McAuliffe as Alden/ Lauren Ridloff as Connie/ Eleanor Matsuura as Yumiko (any one of the three)

      Ryan Hurst as Beta

      Jeffrey Dean Morgan as Negan

      Also Starring:

      Cassady McClincy as Lydia

      Sydney Park as Cyndie

      Dan Fogler as Luke

      Paola Lazaro as Juanita Sanchez

      Angel Theory as Kelly

Cooper Andrews had a drastic change with his beard, so I think either Jerry or Ezekiel will die in the finale

Gabriel's really been on the front lines lately and I think his arc's coming full circle soon.

I also chose to move Alden, Connie, and Yumiko to Starring since they are the most likely candidates to be promoted.

Alden's been around since Season 8, but he hasn't done much for the story. I guess we'll see, but Enid has been around since Season 5 and was only promoted to Starring to be killed off. I think he will suffer the same fate as her.

Connie's return is highly anticipated and with Daryl's sex life apparently being discussed in S11, I think she is going to be moved to Starring.

With Yumiko and Magna, I feel as if Yumiko's done more for the story than Magna has. That's why I chose her over Magna.

This is all just my opinion, though.

Jerry’s actor shaved his beard because of coronavirus, but apart from that, I don’t see anything else wrong with your suggestions.
