Toby is playing golf in the Tower as Strand gives a tour to Will. While walking by, Stand compliments Toby on his put.
"Divine Providence"[]
Toby's fate is left unknown after the assault on the Tower left dozens of rangers dead. If he was not killed during the raid, it is possible he escaped the Tower or became trapped as the building caught fire.
