Todd is a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's Tales of the Walking Dead. He is a resident of Brooke's steamboat.
Overview
Todd is a good-hearted and brave man. After Billy's Gang arrives on the steamboat, compared to many of the residents who cower in fear, Todd is completely fearless. He isn't afraid to speak up to Billy and barely even flinches when Billy points his gun at him. He also doesn't turn on his fellow companions compared to everyone else, who is quick to turn on each other, and is one of the only ones who don't go along with selling out Dee and Lydia.

Post-Apocalypse
Season 1
"Dee"
Todd is first seen enjoying the party, talking and laughing with others. The next morning, he participates in Brooke's gym class and is told to take over after she is called away.
Later, Billy returns to the boat, this time with his gang of bandits. They take the entire boat hostage, including Todd. When Billy asks about Dee and Lydia's whereabouts, Todd speaks up, saying they went out on a run. However, Billy sees through this lie since runs are every other week. Todd merely glares at Billy as he points his gun at him. After many residents agree to help find Dee and Lydia, Todd says that it doesn't have to happen this way. Just then, chaos ensues after Dee slits one of the bandit's throats. Violence breaks out, and Todd, along with the other residents, is killed.
