Todd Jeffries is an original character appearing in The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct.
Pre-Apocalypse[]
Savannah, Georgia[]
Todd was born in 1988. Brash and self-confident, Todd was chafed at his low-level position with a small brokerage firm in Savannah, but he may not have the knowledge or skills needed to survive alone in the new world. Todd lost all contact with his family in Bozeman, and has a local girlfriend he cannot locate in the aftermath.
Post-Apocalypse[]
Cleburne, Georgia[]
Daryl Dixon finds Todd hiding behind a small barricade in Cleburne Hospital. Todd says his girlfriend left him to go with another group and that he is now stranded alone. He asks Daryl if he can join his group, to which he can be left or taken back to the group vehicle.
Firesign Stadium[]
If he reaches Firesign Stadium, he along with another survivor will board the last evacuation helicopter. After Daryl's brother Merle informs Daryl that the pilot of the helicopter has been bitten, he tries to inform Todd but he is to late as the helicopter takes off, leaving Todd's fate unknown.

Todd along with any other survivor that may survive until the Evac in Georgia, most likely died in a helicopter crash. As Merle notices that the "Whirlybird Pilot" had been bitten, and said he was already looking like he was going to turn. So the pilot might have turned mid-flight causing a crash, possibly killing Todd and the other passengers.
