Tom is a character mentioned in AMC's The Walking Dead. He is a resident of King County, Georgia, alongside his wife Paula and their children.
Pre-Apocalypse[]

Little is known about Tom's life prior to the outbreak other than that he lived in the same rural area as the Grimes family, and was married to Paula. He also had a child/children that went to the same school as Carl Grimes.
Season 2[]

During a flashback, Lori tells Paula that she wishes her husband, Rick, would just "blow up" sometimes instead of always remaining dispassionate. Paula states that she doesn't have that problem with Tom.
Post-Apocalypse[]
Nothing is known about Tom's life after the outbreak, it is possible he went with his family to a safe zone or was killed during the early stages of the outbreak.
