The Dispatch manager sends a group consisting of Lake, Eva, Crane, Jeff, David, and Andrew to a nearby rendezvous point located in Tonawanda, New York so that they can trade supplies with a nearby community located on Grand Island.
When the trading group arrives at the rendezvous point, they find it to be completely abandoned and decide to search for their contacts.
