Rick and Glenn are caught in a sudden downpour while attempting to sneak through the zombie-infested streets of Atlanta, washing away their camouflage and forcing them to run back to camp. (Issue 4)
It starts snowing shortly after Lori's announcement of her pregnancy. The weather is so cold at this point that zombies start to freeze solid. This allowed the group to initially take shelter in Wiltshire Estates, but a sudden thaw revealed the community was actually overrun. (Issue 8, Issue 9)

Tim mentions that a bad winter hit Georgia and Olivia's community. Olivia later explains that everything went wrong with the community facing sickness, fighting and hunger. Georgia implies that the community resorted to cannibalism when the food ran out and that she had protected her sister from it. (Book One)
As Rick Grimes and Glenn Rhee sneak through a herd in Atlanta using the walker guts trick, it begins to rain with Morales calling it a cloudburst which quickly passes. However, the rain washes off the walker guts, exposing Rick and Glenn to the herd. (Guts)
Rick's group get caught in a massive storm and are forced to take cover in a barn for the night. The next morning, they discover that the storm was so powerful that it had either killed or incapacitated all of the nearby walkers. (Them)Aaron later tells the group that he and Eric Raleigh couldn't get any closer with their vehicles because the storm blocked the road and they couldn't find a way to clear it. (The Distance)
While in the woods near Oceanside, a dehydrated and malnourished Aaron gets caught in a rainstorm. (Wrath)
It's mentioned that a large storm had severely damaged all of the bridges between the communities of the Militia during the eighteen months following the defeat of the Saviors. (A New Beginning)
Months after the trade fairmassacre, a massive blizzard strikes as the Kingdom is abandoned. The temperatures prove to be cold enough to freeze walkers solid, forcing the Coalition to take shelter in the Sanctuary and risk crossing the Whisperer border. Despite all of the dangers, they are all able to make it to the Hilltop the next morning by which time the storm has stopped. Alexandria also gets caught in the blizzard, causing difficulty for the residents as they try to weather the storm. (The Storm)
A storm drives Maggie's team into a subway tunnel during their trip through Washington, D.C. towards Meridian. (Acheron: Part I) After leaving the group, Roy goes out into the storm and is hit by flying debris, suffering an injury of some kind to his eye. As Connie is finally reunited with her sister Kelly, a storm begins off in the distance and the group quickly returns to Alexandria for shelter. (On the Inside)
A large storm hits Alexandria with a lightning strike setting the windmill on fire. In addition, the storm creates at least two breaches in the community's weakened wall, letting in a herd that was attracted by the fire. As teams set out to put out the fire and seal the breaches, the rest of the residents take shelter, but have to deal with both the invading walkers and the bad weather. Judith Grimes and Gracie become trapped in a basement by walkers with water from the storm starting to flood the basement. (For Blood) The storm's winds also hamper efforts to put out the fire. Aaron manages to rescue Judith and Gracie and becomes trapped before being rescued himself by Lydia. By the time that Lydia gets Aaron out of the basement, the storm is over and the two go to successfully help put out the fire while Rosita and Dianne deal with the remaining walkers. Aaron later states that the storm wiped out what little food the community had left. (No Other Way)

Daniel Salazar attempts to leave Revolución in the midst of a thunderstorm. As Daniel gets cornered by a walker, its struck through the head by lightning from the storm, putting the walker down and knocking Daniel unconscious due to his own proximity to the lightning bolt. Lola Guerrero later tells J.C. that the storm has left a lot of bodies in her dam and her boys have their hands full as an explanation as to why Lola has hired Daniel as another janitor. (100)

On a radio message intercepted by Al, Isabelle mentions that she's waiting out some bad weather before heading to Drop Site Baker for a refuel. (Alaska)
Victor Strand and Howard mention that the weather patterns have luckily blown all of the fallout away from Strand's Tower, making it the only safe place for 50 miles in any direction. (The Beacon)
Fred and Bea tell Morgan Jones and Grace Mukherjee that after Teddy's nukes went off, there was a storm that pushed all of the radioactive fallout from one of the bombs "clear toward Louisiana." As a result, the nuclear fallout has spread much farther than was previously expected. (Six Hours)
A heavy thunderstorm strikes Strand's Tower as baby Mo goes missing, flooding the tunnels as June tries to escape with the baby. The storm also washes in several walkers that trap June, Mo and John Dorie Sr. before Strand eventually rescues them. By the next morning, the storm has cleared up. (Sonny Boy)

Michonne drags Rick out of a CRM helicopter that's flying them back to base through a severe thunderstorm. (Bye) The two take cover in an apartment building in Greenwood and, after the storm ends, discover that it had caused the helicopter to crash, killing everyone on board. As a result, the CRM is left believing that Rick and Michonne had died in the helicopter crash. (What We) When Rick returns to Cascadia Forward Operating Base, he tells Pearl that a lightning strike downed the helicopter and that only he had survived thanks to Michonne shoving him out of it just in time.
