Was the largest city and an economic hub of Canada. As well the capital city of the province of Ontario it had a population of around 4.8 million in 2003.

Zoey's Story

During the onset, the Zoey, Owen, and Leo were stationed in Toronto in an attempt to make it a safe-zone, but the city quickly fell to the dead and they were forced to flee ditching their post and unit.
