Here's Negan

Tory during a point in the outbreak found a group of survivors with her guardian Angela. When Dwight found a lone Negan, Tory is shown sitting in a tent in the makeshift camp. Negan quickly becomes the leader of the group and he leads the group to a zombie filled factory where Tory is protected by Angela as she helps clear out the infected before being instructed by Negan work their way to the exit.

It is unknown what happened to Tory after these events.
