This man is one of Victor Strand's closest rangers, in which he and two other rangers serve as escorts as they traverse the nuclear wasteland in Texas. They come across Morgan Jones, Alicia Clark, and a zombified Elias Vazquez, in which the rangers take the two living subjects into custody and lament on what to do with the undead senator. Ultimately, the rangers are ordered by Strand to release everyone after it is believed that Alicia was just bitten by the senator.
