This woman is among the several residents to have their living quarters rummaged through by Howard and the rangers in search of hidden walkie-talkies. A walkie-talkie is found hidden in her mattress and as a result, the woman is dragged to the rooftop and placed on the edge. As she pleads for her life, Howard refuses to listen, stating that they found a walkie-talkie among her things, making them think she may be a dissenter or part of a resistance. The woman tries to tell Howard that the walkie-talkie doesn't mean anything, but she is thrown over the edge to her death. It is most likely this woman reanimated and joined the moat of zombies surrounding Strand's Tower.
