Outside at the Emissary Suites, Russell instructs this girl to inform Troy Otto about his daughter Tracy's whereabouts since she was the last one to see her. She mentions how Tracy had never seen a working truck before and went outside to see it up close. She remains behind at the hotel with the rest of the group as Troy and his men search for Tracy.
Since the deaths of Troy and Russell, it is unknown what happened to the girl and the rest of their group as they may have left the hotel settlement to relocate elsewhere.
