Tracy Otto (née unknown) is a character in AMC's Fear the Walking Dead. She is the former wife of Jeremiah Otto and the mother of Troy Otto. Tracy is also the stepmother of Jake Otto.
Pre-Apocalypse[]
The second wife of Jeremiah Otto, Tracy lived with him alongside their son Troy, and Jeremiah's son from his first marriage Jake.[1] Founders of a survivalist organization named Broke Jaw Ranch, they prepared for the fall of democracy - "but didn’t anticipate the rise of the dead".[2]

In a conversation with Madison Clark, Troy reveals to her that his mother is dead.
"TEOTWAWKI"[]
Tracy was first seen by Madison Clark in a video tape after acting in Jeremiah's survival tape, where both him and her start fighting causing a young Troy to cry and hug his brother. After Jeremiah sees that Madison saw his tape he explains that she was struggling with alcoholism and died due to it before the apocalypse. Jeremiah then asks if Madison's former husband suffered the same. She replies saying "in a way, yes."
