Hello bitches, Katie here, with yet another change I'd like to bring to the table.
On the main page of the wiki, we have sections for comic characters, TV characters and VG characters. Now, currently we're using the official character portraits for this season as provided by AMC, as we have done in previous years. This year, however, they are less suitable for this use due to being riddled with light beams. This, in addition to other reasons, is why I think that the Characters Section on the main page needs to be changed.
My first and main reason is outlined above: the official portraits are nowhere near as clear as they were in previous years. In addition to this, there is another problem that will likely be more prominent than ever this season: some characters don't have said portraits. Already we have Father Gabriel, Dawn, Noah and Dr Edwards with fairly large roles; and there is a fair chance that we might see Alexandria by the second half of the Season. If that happens, we'll have vital characters who aren't present on the main page; a situation we already have with Father Gabriel.
I propose that we replace these with whatever pictures are currently being used in a characters infobox. I know it will make the section bigger, but it would be worth it for both the clarity and the sake of being up-to-date. It would also allow us to use better pictures for comic and VG characters, as they currently have awfully squashed-down pictures in order to keep them the same size as the cast portraits. Prime example - Ezekiel, Andrea and Dante on the main page look awful.
So, thoughts on this?
