This Whisperer is an antagonist and a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's The Walking Dead. He is a member of the Whisperers.
Pre-Apocalypse[]

Nothing is known about this man's life prior to or as the outbreak began.
Post-Apocalypse[]
At some point following the outbreak, this man joined a large group of survivors known as the Whisperers.
Season 10[]
"What It Always Is"[]
This Whisperer is instructed by Alpha on how to properly skin a walker when Mary arrives from her mission to ask for another guardian. He demands that instead of using more walkers for slower strategies, they should release their herd on the communities.
Alpha allows the group to vote but nobody agrees with him. She suddenly cuts his leg and he collapses. When he tries to strike, she slices his arm and then hands the knife to Beta to finish the job.
Later that day, this zombified Whisperer is led by Mary to the river and then is stabbed in the head by her as she starts having flashbacks to when she was forced to kill her sister.

While Alpha discusses her plan of attack on the communities, this Whisperer demands that they should release their herd.
Seeing this as a questioning of their authority, Alpha slashes him in the leg and arm with a pair of scissors, sending him to the ground before he can defend himself. She then hands the scissors to Beta, which he uses to slice open his nape.

After following him to a creek, Mary stabs the zombified Whisperer in the back of the head, putting him down.
