At some point during the outbreak, this woman joined the Whisperers.

As Negan is looking for a place to sleep at the Whisperer camp, he hears this woman's cries and runs over to investigate. He finds two male Whisperers attempting to rape her. He furiously attacks them, only to be knocked down by Beta moments later, who claims that Negan broke the rules by interfering with the would-be-rapists' lives and denying the woman the chance to defend herself and prove her strength. For his insolence, he is forced to sleep outside the camp.
It's unknown what happened to this woman after Alpha's death, but she was most likely killed in the Whisperer War.
