Willy is an antagonist and a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's Fear The Walking Dead. He is a resident and a militia member of the Broke Jaw Ranch community.
Pre-Apocalypse
Nothing is known about Willy's life prior to the outbreak, other than that he was a resident of the Broke Jaw Ranch community and had military experience.
Post-Apocalypse
Season 3
"Eye of the Beholder"
Willy is first seen while the prisoners are held hostage and participates in the experiment in which prisoners are executed and timed until they reanimate. Later, during a distraction, Travis, Nick, Steven and Luciana manage to escape chaos. Willy and the rest of the militiamen chase after them. After capturing Travis, Steven, Nick, and Luciana are about to go down the sewer when Steven is shot several times before having his throat slit by Willy, killing him instantly. He throws Steven's corpse into the sewer. Later Willy and the rest of the militiamen watch Travis fight walkers in the pit. After defeating a group of walkers, Travis throws a cinder block at Willy, who successfully dodges it. Later, Willy prepares to evacuate the barracks and hears something in the wall. He opens the vent and numerous rats come streaming out of the vent, and then a walker pulls him into the vent. He screams for help but no avail, he's bitten on the face and pulled into the wall, snapping his body and is devoured.

As Luciana and Nick try and escape the military camp through the sewers, Nick opens up a hatch which allows a horde of walkers to flood through. As they both run back towards the camp, Luciana's painful cries and blood leads the walkers back towards the militia.
Whilst patrolling the area, Willy hears a noise in the wall and tries to get closer. When he opens the grate, several rats pour out of the vent, distracting him until a walker pulls him towards the vent. His face is bitten and he is soon pulled into the small opening, where his body is contorted upon entry and he is devoured by the horde.
