This Woodbury guard is a resident living in Woodbury and member of the Woodbury Army.

Post-Apocalypse

"Made to Suffer"
While Rick and the group escape with Glenn and Maggie, this Woodbury guard shoots Oscar with a Shotgun in the side, killing him. Rick hallucinates that it was Shane, causing him to be disoriented. Finally taking a look at Oscar's dead body, he comes to his senses, and shoots this Woodbury soldier in the face.
