This woman first appears in Issue 31. After seeing Michonne Hawthorne decapitating Eugene Cooney and many other walkers, she, alongside many other residents, is shocked at what she just saw.

"Issue 43"
This woman is also seen during a flashback in Issue 43, where she is at the arena. When the Governor shows the decapitated head of Martínez. Everyone, including her, is shocked and angry. When the Governor tells them that they will take revenge, this woman screams, "Damn right!" She isn't seen again, leaving her fate unknown.
