This man first appears during a flashback, listening to the Governor's speech.

Later, in the war against the prison residents, he is ordered by the Governor to kill the Grimes family and Alice Warren. He manages to shoot Alice in the knee, taking her down. Alice goes down, but manages to shoot him, killing him. However, his death does not go in vain, as it allows the Governor to kick Alice's gun away and kill her.
