This man is with his friend in the woods somewhere in Georgia. He is being chased by a walker before Morgan saves them. Due to him having a crutch, he was likely traveling very slowly as he was leaning on his friend. After being saved, he watches as his friend gives Morgan a can of chicken soup and a single bullet before leaving.
